YOUR USE OF THIS WEB SITE CONSTITUTES YOUR AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE.
Welcome to the Returning American Warrior’s("Provider") web site. This Web site, including all of its features and content (the "Web Site") is a service made available by the Provider and all content and information provided on and through this Web Site (“Content”) may be used solely under the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use").
Use of the Web Site. You may access and use the Web Site for both informational and donating purposes for filling out electronic applications and forms. You agree that these Terms of Use, as amended from time to time at the discretion of RAW, shall be an amendment to your Agreement.
You agree to use this Web Site only for lawful purposes. You may only use this Web Site in connection with your lawful relationship with RAW. You agree to take all necessary precautions to maintain the secrecy of and security of any passwords and/or user names or ID's that you choose or RAW provides to you in connection with your use of this Web Site. No passwords and/or user names may be assigned, and if assigned, you assume all responsibility for all subsequent transactions related to ID.
You further agree to comply with all procedures, rules and policies established by RAW, and all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including without limitation, the Communications Decency Act (47 U.S.C. § 223 et. seq.).
In addition, you may not post on or transmit through the Web Site any data, text, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages and other material ("User Content") that (i) is defamatory, unlawful, harassing, abusive, threatening, pornographic, obscene, hate speech, or racially or ethnically offensive; (ii) constitutes a breach of any person's privacy or publicity rights; (iii) violates any statute, regulation or ordinance; or (iv) promotes software or services that deliver unsolicited mail.

RAW and/or its licensors are the copyright owner of everything on this Web Site and no portion of this Web Site, including but not limited to the text, images, audio or video, may be used in any manner, or for any purpose, without express written permission. Under no circumstances may you re-distribute or transmit material on this Web Site to third parties. Use or modification of the material on this Web Site for any purpose other than those set forth above is not permitted.
Linked Sites. Although this Web Site may be linked to other sites, RAW is not, directly or indirectly, implying any approval, association, sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation with the linked site, unless specifically stated therein. You agree that RAW is not responsible for the content of any off-site pages or any other site linked to this Web Site. Your linking to any other off-site pages or other sites is at your own risk. You should refer to the policies posted by such third parties on their web sites regarding data collection, privacy and other topics before you use them.
License of Your Content to Provider. By uploading content to or submitting any materials for use on this Web Site, you grant (or warrant that the owner of such rights has expressly granted) Provider a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license, with right to sublicense, to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, publicly perform, publicly display, digitally display and digitally perform translate, create derivative works from and distribute such materials or incorporate such materials into any form, medium, or technology now known or later developed throughout the universe.
